What you put in is what you get out - so dont let this forth week become just another "Wednesday" - another "Hump Day" - in this Be CrossFit Challenge - keep on fighting to get those good times during the WODs.
For those of you going for strength - you should be doing your new 1RM today - if you haven't already done so - post what you did!
