6 Week Countdown Begins

So I'm starting to get a little nervous about my first half marathon on Sept. 19. Even though I've been told numerous times "you can definitely do it now" or "you dont need to worry about training" and even though I'm very confident that through doing CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance wods regularly I will be more than prepared - I'm still nervous (but not as nervous as having to focus on my nutrition for these next 6 weeks - and giving up sangria.) I'll be posting regularly until race day on the wods I do and how I feel along the way.
