I'll get back to the 50miler - just wanted to give y'all an update on my life in general.


it's been great having noah and cecilia and bella at the house. they bring so much joy and i love going home to see them and their smiling faces :) how cute is this:

wodding has been inconsistent - did this wod on sunday - my legs are still sore! i hope to get at least three more wods in this week...
