Good news:
Hit a new (10#) PR in the back squat: 265# Shooting to get up to a more respectable 300# by the end of the year - its going to be tough as squatting isn't my strong suit but I know it will help in my overall wodding once i get stronger.
Bad news:
took so long getting it up (stop right there) that i ran out of memory on the video camera before i stood up all the way.
nice job with your new pr, ffl! You can definitely get 300, because you are a much different crossfitter now. Just remember chest up and knees out.. haha ;)
