(traveled 1.35 miles. it was 97 degrees outside and there was a gnarly hill)
Fri 6/29 gpp @ 10a
Thu 6/28 gpp @1230p and endu @630p. 2x1200m hill. walk down, wait 1min the repeat
(pressed for time so ran a 600m x 3. 3:16, 3:10, 3:25)
Wed 6/27 OFF
Tue 6/26 gpp @ 900a and endu @ 630p. 50m every 30sec until cover 2 miles
(11s then creeped up to 13-14s before finishing in 12s. 32min of starting and stopping was rough)
